Dr. Devera is a diplomate in Obstetrics and Gynecology for 29 years, and is board-certified since 1985 by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2004 she developed a very special interest in medical cosmetics. Moving forward, always aiming for beauty and perfection, she furthered her studies and training and is ready to attend to your health and image. She will empower you for the demands of the 21st century. Currently, Dr. Devera is the Medical Director of Laser and Vitality Institute in Orange County, California.

Founder of Dermasurface Skin care / Educator

Medical Esthetician, educator, and founder of Dermasurface Inc. Known within the field of aesthetics for her dedication, passion, and expertise. Raised in Europe, she developed an appreciation of Beauty and culture. At a young age of 18, she entered into the beauty industry while attending school. Over the past decade Hollie has worked with several prestige companies such as Christian Dior, Laura Mercier, Yves Saint Laurent, and Prescriptives. Moving into the medical field of skin care, she developed a strong interest for cosmeceutical ingredients and science behind the product. In September 2007, Dermasurface Inc. was founded. Partnering with Dr. Devera and the Laser and Vitality Institute, Hollie will consult with patients for skin analysis, and provide custom treatments to enhance physician services.
