Laser and Vitality Institute is a physician owned and operated medical spa. Most medical spas hire Doctors and Physicians as a Medical Director, but the actual procedure is being performed or delegated to estheticians or other personnel. According to the Medical Board, this practice is illegal and the physicians who become a part of this illegal arrangement may lose their license. At Laser and Vitality Institute, all medical cosmetic procedures are performed by Dr. DeVera herself. This makes Laser and Vitality Institute a legal medical spa and sets us apart from a lot of medical spa. This also offers extra protection to the patients because a licensed doctor performs the medical cosmetic procedures and knows how to adjust each treatment based on your actual condition.

Laser and Vitality Institute offers non-surgical medical cosmetic procedures and aesthetic spa treatments in a tranquil, peaceful atmosphere, creating the perfect feeling of harmony and rejuvenation. Dr. Devera is a diplomate in Obstetrics and Gynecology for 29 years, and is board-certified since 1985 by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2004 she developed a very special interest in medical cosmetics. Moving forward, always aiming for beauty and perfection, she furthered her studies and training and is ready to attend to your health and image. She will empower you for the demands of the 21st century. Currently, Dr. Devera is the Medical Director of Laser and Vitality Institute in Orange County, California.

Medical Esthetician, educator, and founder of Dermasurface Inc. Known within the field of aesthetics for her dedication, passion, and expertise. Raised in Europe, she developed an appreciation of Beauty and culture. At a young age of 18, she entered into the beauty industry while attending school. Over the past decade Hollie has worked with several prestige companies such as Christian Dior, Laura Mercier, Yves Saint Laurent, and Prescriptives. Moving into the medical field of skin care, she developed a strong interest for cosmeceutical ingredients and science behind the product. In September 2007, Dermasurface Inc. was founded. Partnering with Dr. Devera and the Laser and Vitality Institute, Hollie will consult with patients for skin analysis, and provide custom treatments to enhance physician services.
